activity, but there was no focus and I was constantly stressed. Coaching helped me discover the reasons why my life wasn't working, and more importantly, taught me excellent skills that I still use today. Karen asked me questions that led to clarity and understanding of myself. Together we discovered my strengths, then I learned ways to make changes while working with my basic personality. I learned to take baby steps, which are still hard for me to accept, by the way! Karen was so encouraging and patient as I struggled to get a grip on my life. I would have given up and not made any changes because true change is hard and I kept falling short. Instead of seeing complete failure (which I was quick to feel), coaching helped me to begin to see the positive and kept me moving forward. I think what I value most about my time with Karen as my coach: she saw the positive, pushed me to be my best, and didn't allow me to quit. Because of that, my marriage is better than ever, I successfully learned to manage my life, and when I start feeling stressed, I am able to take action instead of getting caught back in the whirlwind. I will be forever thankful for the life changes that are a result of having experienced Living Tall Coaching."
