Phone sessions allow you to experience coaching at the location of your choice- home, office, on out-of-town business or sitting on the beach during your vacation!  After you have scheduled a date and time for your phone session, you will call 912.897.5815. Phone sessions offer ongoing contact regardless of your location- home, office, on out-of-town business, or sitting on the beach during your vacation! Prior to the call, you wil complete a Prep Form updating your most recent progress and challenges since your previous call.  The coaching call typically occurs in a 1 hr session unless you determine to vary the amount of time. You tailor make the coaching process to your preferred frequency of calls.
